以朝天椒與蒜頭為基底，採用低溫恆溫方式細心烹煮，搭配三種不同香氣的油品，層層堆疊豐富的香氣與口感。

在原有蒜蓉辣椒醬的基礎上，加入花椒粒與自家煉製的花椒油，讓花椒獨特的柑橘般清香、木質辛香與微微的麻感，融入濃郁蒜香與朝天椒的辛辣之中。

入口先是蒜頭溫潤飽滿的香氣，接著花椒清新鮮明的氣息緩緩散開，伴隨朝天椒的香辣與花椒特有的麻感，讓味蕾感受到更有層次的風味。蒜香的厚實、辣椒的熱烈，以及花椒的清香與微麻彼此交織，香而不單調，辣中帶麻，讓人忍不住一口接一口。
